Warranty
All Dirty Dog eyewear carry a 12 month warranty from date of purchase against faulty materials and workmanship. This warranty excludes scratching of the lens. Glasses should be kept in their protective pouch when not being worn.
If you have a problem, please return the item to VMD UK LTD, Unit 11, Rhos Industrial Park, Church Road, Rhos-on-Sea, Conwy, North Wales, LL28 4YX along with your proof of purchase and a letter stating the fault with your item.

Returns Policy
Dirty Dog Warranty on Internet and Telephone Orders: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of original order. Any item returned must be in its original condition and original packaging. A full refund will be applied to your original credit card for the price of the item(s) returned meeting the above conditions. If the original purchase was by cheque, a refund cheque will be sent to the mailing address your provide.

Shipping Info
Internet and Telesales orders for UK delivery are shipped via Royal Mail. Shipments cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. Items will be shipped when the order is complete.

Payment Options
We accept most major Credit and Debit Cards except American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped. However, personal cheques can also be sent. Please allow additional delivery time for cheque processing.

Delivery
Your order will be dispatched for next day delivery if ordered before 4pm. If the products are out of stock we will contact you and let you know the delivery timescale.
